Our school has once again been successful in receiving a $5000 grant from Chevron in order to boost our current equipment and resources in the area of Science.  This money will allow us to purchase some much needed resources that our school otherwise would not be able to afford.  It will allow us to provide an exciting variety of activities during Science Week next year, as well as be included in some very innovative and challenging online competitions.  Karratha Primary School would like to publicly acknowledge the support that Chevron gives our local community, in particular our wonderful school.  Thanks Chevron!

Karratha Primary School is proud of its tradition of meeting the educational needs of Karratha students for forty years through a strong focus on maintaining academic, social and sporting excellence.

The original Karratha Primary School was the first primary school in Karratha. Building of the school commenced in 1970 and opened in 1971 as Karratha Junior High School.
